Galaxy Bookshop’s top ten (25 July 2009)
Galaxy Bookshop is one of Keeping the Door‘s favourite haunts. Located in the central business district of Sydney, Australia, it is a mecca for science fiction and fantasy fans, with over 11,000 titles in all, including books, DVDs, posters, action figures and much more.
Each week they send out their top ten best-sellers. This is it for the weekend ending Saturday 25 July 2009. We’re not surprised to see Robin Hobb’s The Dragon Keeper at number two.
- Branded By Fire (Psy Changeling #06) — Nalini Singh
- The Dragon Keeper (Rain Wild Chronicles #1) — Robin Hobb
- By Heresies Distresses (Safehold #03) — David Weber
- Saturn’s Children — Charles Stross
- Thirteen Orphans (Breaking the Wall #01) — Jane Lindskold
- Eye of the Storm (Posleen #11) — John Ringo
- Moon Flights: Short Stories — Elizabeth Moon
- Passage at Arms — Cook. Glen
- Pirate Kings (Transitions #02: Forgotten Realms) — R A Salvatore
