World Fantasy Award nominees announced

The list of nominees for the World Fantasy Award has been announced. It contains some headline names (for example, Neil Gaiman) as well as some lesser known authors.

The award covers works released in 2008, with the winners to be revealed at the World Fantasy Convention in San Jose, California, from October 29 to November 1 this year. Without further ado, the list:
