I was looking for something good and unintentionally found this book. I finished it today. this is the best written book I have ever read. the language is so challanging. and yet it still is interesting and fun. btw this is the same reason I like the rock band muse... I feared he would ruin the ending like so many authors but he nailed it! don't worry I am not a spoiler... I am looking forward to reading his other works... I do not live in an english speaking country and although I am quite good in english each sentance of hyperion had two words I didn't know or didn't know in the way he used them. that didn't happen in the other books I mentioned I think that maybe in the next Dan Simmons I read I would need the pen that translates... I like to read books slowly before i go to sleep
